| Kuwait-based Global Capital Management (GCM) has declared a 6.5% cash distribution for its Global MENA Ijarah Real Estate Fund. The fund's estate team manages about $500m of real estate assets across Middle East and North Africa, China, India and Vietnam through its four real estate funds, GCM has said. |
